Paper Disintegrator

Application:ZDF Paper Disintegrator is a horizontal unit, used for defibering of wet-strengthpaper from hydrapulper.Design features:ZDF Paper Disintegrator consists of steel vat, horizontal defibering impeller, drive,inlet and outlet piping, etc.ZDF Paper Disintegrator is connected with a hydraulic pulper. The undefibered papersenter into the vat of disintegrator by gravity, the flow is controlled by thestock gate valve. The stock at consistency up to 4.5% forms strong turbulencecirculation when the impeller is rotating, and the stock is defibered in the wetconditions by strong force. The defibered stock is discharged in batch for screeningwith the control gate valve.
